Are your products perishable?
They are sent with priority shipping and are intended to arrive within 3-4 days of leaving our facility. Enjoy “on the go” up to 1 week Or store in Refrigerator in sealed ziplock or container for 2-3 weeks Or Freeze the same way 4 weeks or longer. Bar9 will stay fresher longer if stored in these 2 ways.
Where can I buy your products?
You can buy directly from us on our website. You can also find Bar9 served at your throughout the country and at select grocery stores. To find the closest location that serves our pretzels, click here.
I just placed my order online. When will I receive my shipment?
Given the perishable nature of our products, we only ship Monday through Friday.
After you submit your order online, it takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order for shipping. All of our shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and takes an additional 2 to 4 days to arrive after your order is shipped.
If your delivery takes a little longer than expected due to carrier delays, don’t worry.
Can you ship orders outside of the U.S.?
Due to the perishable nature of our Bar9, we currently only ship our bars in the United States.
Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
If your order has not been filled, packed, and/or shipped you can change your order. Please contact customer service to revise your order as soon as possible.
